My inspiration for this poster came from WWI Propaganda Posters. In this period, posters were used to communicate messages with the public and aimed to shape their behaviors and habits. Many posters encouraged people to ration food and save electricity. We are a society of wasteful individuals, therefore I wanted to address that issue in this piece. Style follows other poster art that was produced during WWI.
