This poster was primarily created to showcase the Art Deco art movement. Art Deco is an influential art movement in the 1920s and 30s that aimed to create an elegant and anti-traditional feel that symbolized wealth and sophistication. When I think of the 1920s I think of Great Gatsby and his extravagant parties, that represent the Art Deco so accurately. I was going for a simple, elegant, and streamlined look.
